Please take the time to read through our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to placing your order.

Once your order is placed, you hereby indicate to us that you have read, and accept the below Terms and Conditions.

ARTWORK:
All artwork, products, images, and information on this website remain the sole property of The Blue Kite Personalised Shop, and by The Australian Copyright Act, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, adapted, or communicated without our written permission.
All products and images are original designs and work of The Blue Kite Personalised shop. 
Use of our work by any others, for any reason, is strictly prohibited and will be considered copyright infringement, in which case we will take immediate action to seek the appropriate compensation.

MOCKUPS FOR APPROVAL:
An electronic mockup for approval will be sent to the customer for review and approval (generally within 48hrs of receiving your order). Should the customer require any adjustments to the proof, there is a re-proofing tolerance of 2 revisions. This means the customer is entitled to 3 proofs in total free of charge.

Once approved by the customer, The Blue Kite Gifts is not responsible for any errors made by the customer on the final print caused by any reason. (mistyped or misspelled words, or incorrect grammar or punctuation).

Additional costs to resupply the amended order will be the customer’s responsibility and will be charged like a new order. 

PRODUCT PANEL COLOUR:
Each phone, tablet, or computer screen is calibrated differently and may not represent the actual colour of the product. Some minor discrepancies may be possible
Stubby holders panels & Imprint colours are represented as accurately as possible.
The seller is not responsible if the colors appear different in person.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final. 
If there is an error on our side we will send a corrected replacement of purchased product/s or issue a refund. 

We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

LOSS OR DAMAGE WHILST IN TRANSIT:
The Blue Kite Gifts will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any goods in transit once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
All goods will be sent via Australian Post or Courier service provider that offers tracking on the package. Once your goods leave our facility, you will receive a shipping notification that contains the tracking number for your parcel. 

Please note tracking notifications can sometimes take 24hrs to be updated via the transit service provider.
